Intrested in Joining?

EPCOM is continually looking for individuals who have a yearning for helping the community. If you have this earning then maybe you should make a consideration in joining EPCOM. We are looking for both youth and adults to join us. EPCOM strives to be a group of individuals from all walks of life with a training in communications and other Emergency Social Services (ESS) functions to provide everything we will need in a disaster.

What about if I don’t have my License?

We run courses at least twice a year at which we which we assist those interested in receiving there Basic Amateur Radio Licenses the opportunity to do so. So, even if you don’t have your license, you can certainly attend our meetings and even be a full members without your license.

What if I am 19 years of age?

EPCOM is looking towards youth from the community and schools in the area to show leadership. We like to see teens step up and show their peers they are able to handle such a task of being prepared for an emergency. With that being said, the majority of or members are under 19, and that’s what makes us as unique as we are.

Meeting twice a month at 7PM in Fire Hall #1 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, EPCOM is more then happy have guests. Please visit our Calendar for meeting dates.
